Products’ Availability

Products are being sold to customers in first come first serve basis. The stock availability displayed in the product details page only shows the current remaining amount of stock at the time of the page is loaded.

If a product is out of stock, the customer can add the product into Wishlist, and CLOZE2U.COM will review all the Wishlists from time to time, and make decision on whether to restock particular product.

Products’ Descriptions & Illustrations

Products shown on the Site may contain descriptions that are provided directly by the publisher, manufacturer or distributor of such products.  CLOZE2U.COM does not represent or warrant that the descriptions of any products shown on the Site are accurate or complete.

CLOZE2U.COM has taken care to describe & show items as accurately and precisely as possible. However, we regret that slight variants may occur; particularly the product’s colours as they may look differently in different screen displays due to the variant settings. We kindly suggest that our customer read the product information carefully before confirming your order.

Products Prices

All prices displayed on this site are not confirmed and final until your order has been accepted and processed by CLOZE2U.COM. It is possible that we may increase or decrease any of the prices for any reason, at any time. CLOZE2U.COM will have the right to cancel any order for any product that has been listed at an incorrect price, or contain other incorrect information or typographical errors or are unavailable for any reason.

Placing Order

All purchases can only be made through the shopping cart on the site. CLOZE2U.COM will not entertain any order send through email, live chat (MSN) or phone call.

By clicking on “Check Out” button in your shopping cart, you agree that you have carefully reviewed your ordered products, quantity and price, and warrant your billing and shipping details are accurate and current.

Once the shipment of goods has been made, the order cannot be reversed or cancelled. It is the customers’ responsibilities to ensure that all the information provided in a placed order is correct, accurate and current. Customers are allowed to cancel their order before the shipment takes place, and refund will be issued in the form of voucher, which can be applied to other purchases on the Site. 

CLOZE2U.COM reserves the right to cancel an order if (1) full payment has not been made within 3 days (2) that particular order has been confirmed to be incorrect due to fraud, system error or user error (3) product(s) is out of stock (4) customer’s request to cancel an order.

Payment

CLOZE2U.COM accepts payment through bank transfer transaction, either offline transfer (cash deposit/ counter money transfer), or online transfer. Full payment must be made within 3 days to avoid cancellations.

All the payment information is provided in Payment Method page. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety and accuracy of the bank transfer transaction. It is also the responsibility of the customer to keep record of all the transactions made.

Returns & Refunds

CLOZE2U.COM accepts returns of most products damaged or incorrect in shipping in accordance with the terms and conditions posted from time to time at “Shipment & Return Policy”. Replacement of returned products will be made in accordance with the “Shipment & Return Policy”.  Any refunds provided pursuant to the Shipment & Return Policy will be made in the form of voucher that can be applied to other purchases on the Site.  In no event will cash refunds be made.

Registration & Membership

Upon registration, you agree and warrant that the information that you provided in the registration process is accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password for CLOZE2U.COM, and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not use or attempt to use anyone else’s account or password at any time. We may terminate your account or prohibit you from establishing any new accounts without notice for any reason in our discretion, including for violation of these terms or other rules on the site, fraudulent activity, abusing privileges, harassment of others, your request to terminate.
