All deliveries for Ready-Stock items will be handled by PosLaju.

Note: We are not responsible for item lost during shipment, but we will provide our assistance to solve the problem as much as we can.
To provide you a peace in mind while shopping on CLOZE2U.COM, you can request for a return if there's something wrong with the item(s) received.
Generally we acknowledge item return for the following scenarios:
CASE A: Wrong item received
Regrettably mistakes can happen. It may be the courier company delivered the wrong item to the wrong address. Please contact us as soon as possible when this happen, and we will take immediate action to investigate and try to trace back the item.
We will be responsible for all the shipment cost involved if it has been confirmed that we mistakenly sent out the wrong item.
CASE B: Damaged item received
We have a strict quality inspection on every item before being delivered. Any report of stain, lint, or sewing issue will be categorized as Case C.
If you found any serious damage on the item received, please contact us immediately. We will carry out investigation, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Please remember to provide us photos that clearly show the damaged area.
Damage may be caused during the transportation process, which is beyond our control. If that’s the case, the return will be made at your cost, including any shipment cost involved.
CASE C: Dissatisfaction / Change of mind
We have taken care to describe & show items as accurate and precise as possible. However, we regret that slight variants may occur; especially product’s colors as they may look differently in different screen displays due to the variant settings. We kindly suggest that our customer read the product information carefully before confirming your order.
In this case, all shipments (return and re-deliver) will be made at your cost, and we provide a 50% refund of the item's selling price (as voucher)
How to Return
To be eligible for return and/or exchange of merchandise, you must first contact CLOZE2U.COM by email within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any return without prior notice.
