Pre-Order

Effective Date: June, 2010

Pre-orders run by batch, and each batch has a specific closing date.

All purchases from pre-order zones will be processed after the closing date. You can find the information and updates for each batch on right-hand side menu.

After the batch closing date, you will receive your items in 1-2 weeks time.

If you combine items from Ready-Stock and Pre-Order into a single order, we will make the delivery to you once all items are ready. If you do not wish to wait, please kindly seperate your order.

Pre-Order Batch Status

Zone A:                             Closing at 15th of September, 2010 

Zone B:                             Closing at 15th of September, 2010

Zone C:                             Closing at 15th of September, 2010 

Note: Please complete the payment before the batch is closed. Any order with overdue payment will be processed on the next batch, or cancelled.

Out-of-Stock Situation

If an item that you have ordered is out-of-stock, we will give you a 100% refund for that particular item, or you can request to convert your balance into shopping voucher and use on the next order.

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
